Could you imagine being able to distinguish between virgin and extravirgin oils without reading any label? Join our tasting tour and learn how too. A little awareness of what we put on our plates every day is the best souvenir to bring back home from Puglia!

Walking among our secular olive tree grove and attending our guided tastings you will learn about: culture of olive trees in Puglia, biodiversity, product categories in olive oils and how to distinguish them by tasting, food and EVOO pairing.

It's not a sales pitch. It's an experience for people genuinely interested in learning something valuable.

Our goal is to share a deep dive into extra virgin oils in general. We offer a blind tasting of five different olive oils (not all made by us) so you can learn about qualities and defects, and develop your own independent perspective on all the oils you'll encounter throughout your life.

For our commitment in spreading EVOO culture, we've been awarded with 2024 Special Prize for Oil & Tourism by Gambero Rosso, the most important italian publisher about food. Furthermore our Extravirgins received many quality awards such as Tre Foglie (Three Leaves, top score in Gambero Rosso Guide, continuously since 2019) and Best in Class 2026 at JOOP (Japan Olive Oil Prize).
